This program is a Csv Editor, it will display the file in both a table format as well as a Standard Text Editor. The program supports a large variety of field seperators, Unicode Files, multiple different file views, Column updates, Large Files and automatic file format detection plus many other features. It also alows you to View / Update Xml. For Fixed width data files, there is a wizard to help to define the file layout which is saved in an Xml format for later use. There is an optional extension for using Cobol-Layout to describe fixed width files.
